Adult insurance, honestly
Some extended-health plans cover orthodontics for adults; many stop at eighteen or nineteen. It's entirely plan-specific. Bring your benefit booklet to the free consultation and our treatment coordinator will tell you before treatment begins. Where adults are covered, it's the usual structure — a percentage to a lifetime maximum — and we direct-bill so you pay only your share. Orthodontic fees generally qualify as a medical expense for the federal tax credit; keep your receipts.

Records and X-rays, the appliances, every visit, repairs, refinements for aligner cases, retainers, and retention checks through the first year.
