The people you'll actually deal with

Two specialists design the treatment. A team of coordinators and certified dental assistants makes two years of it run smoothly — in eight languages.

Adrienne, Amit and Beata are our treatment coordinators — the people who walk you through options and fees at the consultation, map your insurance, set up your payment plan and answer the phone when a wire pokes. Behind them is a team of certified dental assistants who do much of the hands-on work at every visit. Between us we speak English, Tagalog, Polish, Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi, Vietnamese and Mandarin.

What a treatment coordinator does for you

At the consultation, after the orthodontist has explained the findings, your coordinator takes over the practical side: the written fee for each option, what your plan covers, how the two family plans coordinate, what the monthly figure looks like with flexible down payments and 0% interest, and the family or pay-in-full discounts that may apply. Through treatment they're your first call for scheduling, insurance paperwork, and the small questions that don't need a specialist. Most families end up on first-name terms with theirs.

The clinical team

Our certified dental assistants place ties and colours, change wires under the specialist's direction, take the scans and photographs, fit retainers, and run the brushing and elastics demonstrations that make treatment go well at home. They're the reason a fifteen-minute adjustment feels unhurried, and the reason children look forward to appointments.

Languages spoken

English, Tagalog, Polish, Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi, Vietnamese and Mandarin. If you'd be more comfortable discussing treatment in one of these, tell us when you book and we'll arrange it. Consultations, fee discussions and instructions can all be given in your language.

In the community

We've supported school sports teams and events across Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities for years — it's where many of our patients come from, and where a good number of them play the sports that our mouthguard advice is written for.

Start with an examination

Your first visit is free, and it comes with an honest answer.

We'll look at the bite, take the records that make a real diagnosis possible, and tell you plainly whether braces are the right tool — what it would involve, how long it would take, and what it would cost, in writing. If the right answer is "not yet," we'll say that too and see you again when the timing is right.
